During this 2 hour experience, Sarah Lamb will guide you through a heart opening welcome of medicinal Cacao into conscious breath, visualisation and a beautiful soundscape designed to peel away the layers to your heart and get you out of your head and into your feeling body. Breathwork can offer a profound shift in your being, a deep connection to your heart and truth, and a way to release the stories and self limiting beliefs that are blocking your expansion.
