Throughout this two hour immersion, you will be fully guided through the heart opening medicine of Mamamuti Cacao, lovingly prepared to honour our earth and her abundant offerings, and into a full 60 minute conscious connected Breathwork Journey.

This style of transformational Breathwork offers a profound shift in your being. With each consciously, connected breath we find our way back to our hearts and a way to gently, lovingly release the blocks on our path of expansion.

Essentials for the journey include a water bottle, journal, and an optional eye mask + extra bedding, pillow, blankets to make a comfortable breathing ‘nest’. Yoga mats and bolsters available.
