Expanding upon our popular walking meditation series, we've perfectly timed these sessions to coincide with high tide at Cheltenham Beach. After our walking meditation and revitalising breathwork session, we'll relish the tranquillity of the cool water, offering a unique contemplative immersion.
Walking meditation, a practice employed across diverse traditions, cultivates mindfulness and accentuates presence in our daily activities. By breaking down each step and providing clear instructions, we'll make the journey from automatic action to deliberate contemplation effortlessly.
After our walking meditation, we'll engage in a dynamic breathwork practice before a serene transition into the ocean.
We'll meet at the Bath Street Reserve at the North End of Cheltenham Beach at 8:00AM. Please come prepared in your swimming attire for a smooth transition from walk to meditation to a refreshing dip in the ocean. Don't forget to bring a towel and any beach essentials you may need.
The class will be guided by Jo Pearson, an Alchemy of Breath Facilitator and cold plunge aficionado, promising a remarkable experience.
