To be emotionally self-aware is one of the first steps towards emotional resilience. Emotional resilience is foundational for our emotional health, and therefore mental wellbeing.

In this talk, SOMM Founder and Awareness Insight Meditation Facilitator Claire Robbie will talk about why emotional resilience is so important for our mental wellbeing and how meditation can play into cultivating more of this superpower.

Participants will be given some specific tools they can take into their lives and the talk will end with a guided meditation. Bring a pen and notebook.
