Our last breathwork journey together for 2022! Sarah has called this one 'Illuminate'.

ILLUMINATE is a full 90 minute guided breathwork Journey, Sarah's last offering for 2022.

Under the light of the full-moon we will start with a heart-opening cacao ceremony. These journeys are both a unique inner journey for your exploration and a powerful group experience. As we breathe together, we rise together and realise we are not in this alone.

Assisted by the powerful clearing energy of the full moon, this is an invitation to reveal, reflect and release all that is no longer needed. To  cleanse the emotional waters after a time of great change and move into the freedom and expansion ahead.

Sarah is an experienced guide having led hundreds of people through breathwork journeys since she graduated with Alchemy of Breath in 2020. She weaves together conscious breath with loving guidance and inspiring music to create a powerful shift in your consciousness.

Limited to 30 people. Please book early to ensure your spot.
Mats, bolsters provided but please bring your own blanket and pillow and additional support to lie comfortably if you need it. Other items to bring are a water bottle, journal and eye mask (optional).

No prior experience of breathwork is needed.
