One way to see spiritual life is an ongoing practice of remembering our true nature, which is innately whole and beautiful. Healing is about consciously nurturing our wholeness. It’s an everyday practice of nourishing the wellbeing of our body and mind. Supporting our natural balance includes embracing the whole of who we are, the light and our shadow. Bringing all our parts together we become our most authentic self. Aligning with what feels true for us accesses the courage of our Hearts. It is here that we find an inner strength which is powerful beyond measure.
During this workshop we will explore ways of nurturing your wholeness through conscious movement, guided meditation, sharing and sound healing. We will introduce ancient wisdom traditions including Tibetan Buddhism and Chinese Medicine.
