A mini-retreat experience for your Friday night and a "full-stop" to end your week and unwind. Yin yoga offers a meditative style of movement, an exploration of your tension in both the mind and body, as a way to restore, release and rebalance before you start your weekend.
We focus on breath, restorative postures and mastering the art of simply "being" in these sessions. Through slow, thoughtful postures, you’ll cultivate inner silence, learn ways to breathe more effectively and nurture the bond between your mind and body. After your body and mind are both more spacious and relaxed from this gentle movement; we will sit for a meditation and tea ceremony led by Sierra.
A mindfulness tea ceremony and meditation is a practice that blends the art of preparing and drinking tea with focused, present-moment awareness. During the ceremony, participants engage in a deliberate, ritualistic process of brewing and savouring tea, paying close attention to each step. This mindful engagement helps cultivate a deep sense of presence and calm, transforming the simple act of drinking tea into a meditative experience that fosters relaxation and clarity.
