The perfect way to end your week. Enjoy a restorative and cozy Yin yoga session. Yin yoga is a deeply relaxing and contemplative practice. The antidote to our busy lives. Yin yoga targets your deep connective tissues, like your fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones. It’s a slower and more meditative style of yoga, giving you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body while also teaching you how to breathe effectively and sit with your thoughts.

Ashlee is a Vinyasa and Yin Yoga Teacher. After years spent dedicating herself solely to a fast paced Power Yoga Practice alongside a HIIT Gym routine, Ashlee finally realised what she intuitively already knew just didn’t feel like admitting - what she really needed was a practice to help her slow down and regulate her nervous system, rather than more ways to hype herself up!

After creating more space for Yin and Meditation, Ashlee discovered that she was able to think more clearly, and developed a responsive rather than a reactive approach to stress and anxiety. After a few years of a steady Yin and Meditation practice, Ashlee trained with Kirsty van de Geer to learn how to authentically pass on what she has learnt through these ancient practices to others. She loves the shared sense of connection that can be felt in a space when people come together to shift their energy, become aware of limiting beliefs, and come into a deeper, more empowered sense of self.
