December is often a month that for many of us is full of extra ‘noise’. There are often extra commitments, expenses, events and gatherings, which can bring about added stress. We can become even more inundated with messages of ‘ideals’ - the way we ‘should’ feel and look, what we ‘should’ have achieved by now, what we ‘should’ have and what we need.

Without awareness, this pressure cooker of ‘noise’ and emotion can bubble over. We can be left feeling exhausted and overwhelmed, crawling to the finish line that is the end of the year.

Join meditation teacher Donna O'Connor in this opportunity to hit pause in the hustle and bustle of December. To take some space and time to approach the end of year mindfully. To celebrate your wins, to grow through your challenges, and set an intention for how you wish to close out your year.
